I think my list might be closer to yours this year! Lots of those will be in my top 20 I expect, and lots of different tracks by the same artists too.

Is the Nicki Minaj album any good? Spotify has it listed as being by 'Nicky Manaj' which means it will RUIN last.fm and so I'm physically unable to listen to it.

I don't know yet! I suck at albums. But all of her singles are good, even the Annie Lennox one.

OH GOD I KNOW RIGHT her verse is basically the best thing Kanye's put out since 2007 :) Anyway I haven't heard a bad guest spot from my girl Nicki this entire year (and there's been no shortage of them)!

So obsessed w/her "Monster" verse that I did an ilx poll of the lyrics.

actually did a Best of Minaj list of youtubes the other day too, here. Songs of the year is too hard bur if I had to rank my favourite Minaj guest spots of 2010 it would go:

1. "Monster" ("then imma start rocking gold teeth and fangs")
2. "Bottoms Up" ("RIMRIMRIMRIM")
3. "Fuck U Silly" ("Yo Cassie, you a bad bitch, imma call you Lassie") (and "I don't wanna brag, I Louis Vuitton bagged him/Hopped out the Jag, proceeded to sh-shag him/Thought he was a queen, I dr-dr-dr-dragged him/Back to the room and whipped out a Magnum") (AND "giddy up, giddy up! now wake Diddy up, Diddy up, Diddy up!")
4. "Shakin' It 4 Daddy" ("I'm flyer than an eagle that's balding/I throw it back line HAIRLINES THAT'S BALDING")
5. "Woohoo" ("left from Jamaica, go a foreign CONTOUR")

Sadly I haven't felt any of her solo stuff since the still-awesome "Massive Attack" ("Tom tom like in Lebanon, hotter than in Pakistan, click-click-click Young Nick the atomic bomb, yeaahhhh - see her than you lick your tongue"), kinda nervous about the album :/
